The Sea Trucks Group is an international group of companies offering offshore installation, accommodation and support services to the offshore Oil & Gas Industry worldwide. From offices in West Africa, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia and Australia the group offers its customers a wide range of services from sub-sea construction and SURF solutions to accommodation hook-up and fabrication supported by a multi-cultural workforce of more than 2,500 persons.
Sea Trucks Netherlands
In January 2012 Sea Trucks Group opened a new corporate support office in The Netherlands: Sea Trucks Netherlands.
The brand new office is located in the Central Post building right next to Rotterdam Central Station.
The focus of the Dutch office is to support the group on the execution of large world-wide offshore installation projects for companies in the oil and gas industry. Currently STN is involved in a subsea pipelay project for a major oil company in West Africa. This project comprises the engineering, procurement, installation and construction (EPIC) of a 32 kilometer pipeline between two gas platforms.
STN is presently in the phase of building a strong organization with an international and enthusiastic workforce, covering engineering, project management, tender management, quality management, health, safety and security management as well as corporate support services to the global activities of the Sea Trucks Group.

Inhouse Day for curious students
STN would like to invite ambitious students to visit our new office during an Inhouse Day. The Inhouse Day is a perfect way to gain a better insight in the opportunities in the Oil & Gas and Offshore Industry. Therefore, visiting STN could specifically be interesting for 3rd year Bachelor or Master students from a technical study program, such as Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.
Programme Inhouse Day
During the Inhouse Day you will be welcomed by the Group Engineering Manager of Sea Trucks Group, who will introduce you to Sea Trucks Group as a company, the industry and to offshore installation projects. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to walk around the office, to meet employees and to gain a better insight in the different disciplines involved in offshore projects.
After lunch it will be your turn to prove your ability to apply the obtained information and knowledge. You will be challenged to work out a case, by consulting the information obtained, the internet, books and the available employees in the office. At the end of the afternoon you will present your results to a group of STN employees. Naturally, this provides the opportunity to present yourself to our company in the best possible way.
